Konami's Badlands... that LD is not going to be cheap!

I've been watching that soukasen3's previous auction for a while now, and I suspect he's bid shilling.

I have seen his auctions the last time, also a badlands included! that went to a guy named msxbos (zerofeedback) When you take a look at the feedback of soukasen3 and look at the psy-o-blade there are 2 bidders! and it goes for 150$ now comes the trick you click on the other bidder and you see that he (??) bid 65 times at the auctions of soukasen3 and never on anything else.(FRAUD!!!).

the puyopuyo I have seen before it sold for more then 200$ the badlands went for 263,88$. His goal is to get top dollar for his thing!

Please inform eBay of this. They will act!

I have followed sousaken3 auctions and I have seen the fraud too. I have sent an email to sousaken3 about this and, of course, there is no response. And this guy continues with his bussiness... I think we must inform to Ebay.

Ah, I knew there was something wrong. His prices are always way higher than regular auctions. If somebody can prove it, I hope he will inform ebay.

You don't need to prove it, eBay will investigate it and will find enough evidence, I guess.

You can if you check "completed listings" in search options. You'll need to be logged in to do it though.

I knew something was wrong about this seller. How do you report him to ebay?

I went into discussion with ebay once about a one chip msx. the seller was from Spain and the shipping was 195 euro's personally I thought this was insane for something that was shipped from spain. so I ased the question to the seller if he would bring it in person to my door! this was not the case because it had to be sent from japan to spain and then to me which was his explanation. I liked this story so much i contacted ebay and I got a reply that they would look into it... they did and there was nothing wrong with it....

so enlighten me how to get ebay over the edge to do someting about that!! and I will send them an e-mail to take care of such nice a fraudulent baka!

I remember that case. It was discussed in the Spanish forum (thread here). The seller replied in that thread that he put the price of the OCM in the shipping costs because he didn't want to pay high insertion and final value fees.

I contacted ebay over this guy. Again some of his items had huge end prices. There was one bidder on all of his items that kept increasing his prices. Ebay agreed that this guy is naughty (within a day!) and they have taken action. For privacy reasons they didn't specify the action though. Lets see when and if he will put up auctions again and also what the prices will be!

Well, it seems that he (the japanese ebay user soukasen3) hasn't been banned or anything. Just saw a couple of actions by him again on ebay. Might be interesting though. A.o. he is selling a Turbo R GT starting at 10$. Let's see if he is more careful now or if he is still a bad boy.

Hm, I'd like to have a GT for that kind of money
