Hello,
This eBay seller seems suspicious because alll his auction's pictures are taken from the web (for example the pictures of the CF Sunrise cartridge were lifted from the article in MSXCafé).
Someone on the MSXCafé won his Sony HB-F9 auction and he received an e-mail from another well known MSX eBayer telling him not to do anything as that auction was a fake.
Is it someone known on this forum ? |

Signs you may be dealing with a scammer:
1. The seller is French
2. The seller has 1 feedback
3. The seller accepts only wire-transfers
4. The seller offers no buyers protection
I dunno, but I wouldn't gamble ~60 eurii on it...

Well, actually, he does not fit the #1 sign, as he is from the Netherlands 
But the 3 other signs are right on 
BTW Sonic ... That's a cheap shot at the frenchs you made there !
I'm not french (I do live in France) but I'm pretty sure the frenchs are not the biggest scammers around !
I was once burnt on eBay and that was by an american ... |

i have been scammed (well ,he tried) too once by someone from Hoorn.
RepairBas told me that person was a scammer and the scammer was suspended from Ebay after Ebay investigation
i KNOW that person is still active on this forum too.

Listen guys, this forum is dedicated to MSX fans who wants to talk about MSX subjects.
I really don't care about your opinion on people and countries ...
I respect you as MSX fans and specialists, but I strongly dislike people who dislike other people for no particular reason 
That's the best road straight down to racism and other nasty political attitudes
Now can we get back to MSX subjects ?
