| Problems with Woomb Download Launcher....

Hi!
I went to Woomb's website today to buy Hydlide from them. After deciding to buy it without becoming a member I needed to register me where the first problem came. I entered my street, zip, city, province and country but it still kept telling me my zip code wouldn't conform with the country I chose. This is simply stupid!!!!! 
Then I tried the address of my fiancee's family and it worked. Now I have downloaded the launcher, received my ID and PW, but when entering them into the launcher it keeps telling me that it can't connect to the server. This makes me very angry. I have already paid for the game and all I received until now was trouble.
Did someone here have these problems, too? Could someone please tell me what to do? T_T Thank you in advance.... |

Unfortunately two issues were combined here. The WOOMB DCP server is back up and running and the postal code check will be fixed a.s.a.p. -- for future WOOMB.net problems -- the support tickets usually work a lot faster/quicker than email. Happy gaming! |
