this one was easier to vote than the last

ok, here's the deal. I have thought about it and come up with a decision.

there were some close battles in round 3. Games like Nemesis 2 and Bosconian lost with only one point difference. If another person had voted, these probably would have ended in a draw. When two games end in draw, the scores of the previous rounds count. In previous rounds several games that would not have made it otherwise moved on to the next rounds. I decided to have a look of the scores of all games that had a close finish, and counted their points over all rounds.

This way 12 games moved on to round #4 after all. Because its the last chance for them to be in our out, they are to battle each other. The games that have moved on after all are Adventure Island (Wonderboy), Arkanoid, Auf wiedersehen monty, Beamrider, Bosconian, Castle Excellent, Eggerland 2, Hydilde 3, Nemesis 2, Pacman, Terramex and Who dares wins 2
