M.A. Software have released a remake of Dinamic's Abu Simbel Profanation. This deluxe version of the remake is a follow-up of the 'ordinary' remake they previously released. The remakes are available in JAVA and Win32 code.

After six rounds of voting in our active MSX forum - and now that the One Chip MSX is on sale in Japan and, hopefully, soon outside Japan as well - it's high time for the final round in our quest for the most essential MSX event that happened from 1982 to 2005.

MSX Jáu 2006 announced

On MSX Files the first information on MSX Jáu 2006, a 4-day MSX event in Jáu, Brazil, was revealed. This year the event will be held from November 2nd to November 5th.

AAMSX have announced that their next MSX users meeting (known as RU) is going to be held on the 9th of December, 2006 in the Cotxeres de Sants (as usual), a civic center located in Barcelona.

A new version of Karoshi's assembler asMSX has just been released. In this new version several improvements were implemented, most notably the direct support for creating megaROMs. Several macros have been predefined, allowing you to create megaROMs easily.
