FutureDisk 44

por MSX Resource Center en 17-12-2011, 10:59

The never finished and released FutureDisk issue 44. This South Park edition contains an fully playable game Kill Kenny. There's also a custom selector and a disk magazine without texts.

Note: you might see some graphics corruption on machines other than MSX2+ or turboR.

The file itself was okay, but the filesize in our CMS was wrong. Fixed that, also for the other FutureDisk downloads.

Ah... some little questions.

FutureDisk 07 1/2 refers a FD 7,5 ou FD7 Disc 1 of 2? Is the last, FD 7 2/2 is missing?

and.. FD 08 and FD 09 not issuded or be lost at this moment?

Same question for FD 25 1/3 and 2/3... exist FD 25 3/3?

FutureDisk had a weird numbering scheme. They started with issue 0, continued to issue 7. Then issue 7.5 was released, and since the next issue would be the tenth number, that one was released as FutureDisk 10. FutureDisk was a 2 disk release, that might be a small problem in the download title.

The selector didn't work properly on MSX2 computers. We've updated the download with a version that also works on MSX2.
