Does it make a difference if I used /H60 /O, in stead of /O / H60 ?
Because I tried it with /H60 /O a few weeks ago, and that didn't work...
It works fine here. I added /h50 and boots at 50 Hz on my turbo R (that boots at 60 Hz by default)
I'm trying to play to SD Snatcher. I tried with two different set of disk files launched via the MFR SCC+ SD.
- The first set: the game runs properly but there is no sound
- The second set: when booting, I get a japanese message which basically states that I have to set the sound cartridge.
What is the right procedure to get the sound for this game? Thanks in advance for your help.
Somewhere in this big topic it says you should keep S pressed to activate the SCC
Meits, thanks for the input. It didn't work for me or maybe I made something wrong because, now, whatever the disk set I launch for SD Snatcher, I get a blue screen after rebooting. Only for this game. The others .dsk games run well.
Meits, it works now, thanks again for your help! I had to erase the SD card once and put again the files to make it work.

That's weird.
It works fine on openMSX (Sony HB-F700P). It boots at 50Hz and then the MultiROM menu is at 60 Hz. So the /H60 option is working.
Tested also in NMS8245, NMS8250, VG8235...
What OPFXSD version are you using?
Are you using /H50 in any of the multirom games?

Not sure what the version of OPFXSD is, where can I see that ?
Some games use /U, but no /H50 or /H60 behind any of the games in the MULTIROM.OPF file...
You can check the version just typing OPFXSD.
The /U option can be the reason of you problems. When you use /U, the cartridge disables the subslots and resets the MSX. So the BIOS will set the default video mode again.
But even if the /U is used only for some games, and not for the multirom itself, it should boot in 60Hz when I load the multirom into the card using /H60 correct ?
