A shooter like Nemesis is quite demanding..

I figure Fantasm Soldier II with it's tile-based multilayers is kinda demanding as well..

I agree with Samor. However there are playable 3D games for the MSX: Elite, Red Zone and Return of Jelda.

Have you ever played Stunt Car Racer (by Microprose) ?

I played it on PC many years ago. Almost falled off my chair together with the car on the screen.
I like this game very much !

Amiga version of Stunt Car Racer has great engine sound! it has very good emulation of Citroen Dyane 4/2CV engine sound! It really sounds just like dyane 4 / 2cv
