As people may know I've been developing the Quigs editor and language for the vdp9990... I'm calling it the QG9Kengine.
Edo has previously used it to develop FlappyBird, and now we're using the new mapping features to implement some larger scale projects, the first being micromachines.
Early days, but here is a little video testing the car user handling. Oh and this openmsx video is on a 3.5mhz... not Turbo-r

The physics are absolutely cool! Making MM is a really huge job, so really good luck with the project!

@Trebmint2 and Edoz: This is cool, I saw Micromachines G9K running on Edoz' monitor at Nijmegen fair. i did not had the chance/time to ask him more about this project. Nice that I do know more now.

Just to remember guys, the power of SymbOS: in theory the game can run on MSX, CPC or Enterprise Shocked!

Not in theory, it does run Wink and yes, that is pretty coolest to be honest! Rob did some tricks on the rotation of the cars, without spilling sprites, really cool!

It is not a theory, the three computers have a G9K version of SymbOS, I have all of them and the equipment to run the G9K games. The PCW still not, you can put it on the theoretic type, but I am convinced that it will have also the same development on a very near future.
