Also the price for this nice PCB is EURO 35,- excl shipping and casing. First come first serve. Except Muffie as I promised him one so I will reserve no matter what happens one for him Wink

Hey, thanks. I really appreciate that. BTW, if you want it, I can already send you the money through paypal! Wink
And, if you have a nice Dutch casing to go along with it, I don't matter paying for it! I'll try to print a nice sticker to it as well...

Do you have any ideas about shipping costs to Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil (zip code, which is called CEP is 04075-023)?

What about the software? Does this cart include DOS 2 kernel? Has it an upgradeable flash ROM like Sunrise IDE and other massive storage controllers? Any tool to manage disk partitions, etc?

It also has a flash drive on it on which you can put your most used disk tools. It is completely re-writeable.
Or you can flash scc mapped roms to it also. So you can it as a flash cartridge too. However you need another mass storage medium (or diskette) to flash to it and you will not have scc sounds as there is no scc chip inside.

Here is an image of the PCB in a konami casing. Don't worry about the extra wire. This one had a short circuit underneath the CPLD and it was pretty hard to get there after mounting the cpld on the PCB. So I solved it this way. Not very nice to see but it works fine. And when it is built into a casing no one will notice any more. As I need one myself too Smile

That looks pretty cool! But don't destory Konami carts for the boxes, please... Maybe Sunrise can help you with some brand new boxes (Koei-like), they made them also for Manbow 2 and stuff. No need to destroy original games.

And this flash drive is mapped to a MSX-DOS drive letter, like the ESE-RAM drive of MegaSCSI? That's interisting. What is the capacity of the flash drive?

BTW, the price of 35 euro is for a complete working unit, with all the components in place?

I am already speaking with Sunrise and he will supply me with one casing to see if it will work. Don't worry this setup is made for destroying any old games. Therefore there is no scc chip present Smile

Flash drive capacity is around 384 Kb. But it is pretty full already with tools pre-loaded.

If you put in SD card in socket 1 that will be A: drive otherwise a: = flash rom. Socket 2 maps to D: drive.
Socket 1 will be floppy emulator and you can span disks up to 9 disks in it. More info in the readme file can be found at HansO site. Look for SD MMC drive
And the 35 euros is for a complete working PCB with everything on it. No shipping included and no casing included

Where do you think my design came from? I know these threads. Have the sinfox version also. Also made the v1.0 from sharksym and this new design is v2.2 with 2 sd slots. 1 is on the back of the pcb and the other is visible in front of the pcb. The good thing of this design is that you don't need to rip an SCC cart to get the SCC chip.

As a collector, I'm asking now for a minute of silence to honour those brutaly murdered, or at least severly injured Konami cartridges.... Crying
