I got this one for you (NTSC only):

I remember there was an even more detailed one on GitHub, used for tuning speed in openMSX if i am not mistaken.

Wow that's slower than I hoped... I'm going to have to beg Jorn for the interrupts so I dont have to hang waiting for commands to finish

This issue should now be solved. Please try the latest development build. The cause was totally different than you thought, though. See the issue link :)
