Who is the owner then? Now I'm curious to know!
Of course it is still Galious (the owner), but they can’t use it...
What if you change the story a bit so that Galious’ younger brother is now holding the scepter in the castle (if you know what I mean). Just have to come up with a name for him and call it Maze of ... like we are used to. Then during the intro scroll (like in the original game) do some explanation.

That would be an option. The thing is that the story and dialogs are already done, and there's a plot that should have to be rebuild, even quests. It should be easier to make a change on name, you know, something like "the one who was known as Galious got back with a new body and a new name".
The other source for MoG-familiar names that could be used are the secret incantations to make the demons appear: Yomar, Hamalech, etc. I can't remember if they were supposed to be their real names?

I imagine if you name him with a 7 letter name you could search replace and not worry about text flow.
Castle Greek?
The Maze of Galious didn't look like a maze to me, BTW.
Well Galious is a minotaur type enemy and the maze refers to the labyrinth of the Minotaur... So perhaps change out Galious for Taurious? Or Marineus if you want to refer to an unknown god from the Minoans.
Santiontanon: the demon incantations are angels and the like called upon in spells that are in a non canonical bible book. There are a lot more where they came from.
Other options:
- Back to the Labyrinth
- Knightmare at Knossos
- Rise of Galious
"Castle-mania"
"(K)nightmare Castle"
It's a bit cliched, but you could always go with "Revenge of Galious" or something of the sort.
Though I stand by my previous suggestion, too: "Gaze of Malice." It's different, but so close to Maze of Galious that even if your conscious mind doesn't make the connection, your unconscious mind just might.
