I don't think so. But the Video9000 manual says that he developed it He's on LinkedIn, if I'm not mistaken.
After the first production were also gfx9000 converted to video9000
there were produced only 26 Video9000 in total, and AFAIK all of them were converted from GFX9000. But there were produced a lot more GFX9000....

How much VRAM does the Video9000 have?
For the GFX9000, V9990 Powergraph and GFX-NINE, I saw that they all have 512 KB, but I couldn't find the info for the Video9000.
I'm starting to study the V9990 documentation to support the chip into MSXgl, and if all cards available on MSX have 512 KB, I could simplify things rather than supporting configurations that do not exist (128 and 256 KB).
