Tecnobytes urgently needs an european dealer, I think it would be really a boost to their bussines
I talked about it before in the forum, it is quite uncertain to buy something in Brazil, and even sell.
It's weird, I am well aware that ordering from them means you have to wait a while before you get your hands on it. But I don't think there were these issues with returns before... Maybe there are new customs laws, or covid related logistic issues in play?
For us as endusers it’s unclear what caused this. It also seems a bit random (but that is part of the customs process). I fully believe in Technobytes and they are working with customs to prevent further returns. Surely something changed because I also have not seen this before (I had 2 packages returned sometime in Japan because some computer was marked as PC, I changed it to game player and it passed just fine .
for me when i opened the track and trace I needed to specify the total cost price of the content, The message was that I needed to do that within x days or else it would be send back. It was lucky i checked it in time.
Where did you check the track & trace? Maybe it is the same for me but I check using 17track.
