So I got Cosmic Soldier I today, the portugues version and everything booted up fine. Up untill the title screen. After the title screen I get a screen that says

Type mismatch in 1200
OK

and it is waiting for me to type. What do i have to type in to make the game work/run?

I have an MSX2 plus

There could be 1000 reasons why it not works, but we can't guess from here. Smile

Can you type:

LIST 1200

and show us exactly what line #1200 states, by typing the message here or posting a screenshot?

You know what, why not send me the disk image* and I'll try and repair it for you.
My e-mail address is in my profile.

I own the original game, okay?

Considering warez, I believe we're in a different space time continuum at the moment. The MSX warez-discussion is very 2001-2007. It would do the scene great good if we would relax a bit more regarding that subject. And I'm under the impression the MRC crew realizes just that. I don't see much strict moderating anymore. For the good!

Totally agreed, Latok. I know. Smile
My little joke was meant to prevent anal behavior from visitors, not from crew members.

Do you have any result on the LIST 1200 command?
Maybe its even better to post the output of LIST1000-1400 if possible, it gives a little more info
It should not be that hard.. Most of the time just some part of the line is just scrambled, and restoring should be easy.
