This is a temporary solution to avoid your baby to remove the cartridge.

Even if you don't like a solution, that's no reason to say the proposing person is stupid.

I am curious to see in practice your solution inspired by Jipe you who are so smart.

Because the thought of putting a plastic bag that you put a sandwitch on my MSX...sorry....but it does sound like the person is fooling around. Like saying, hey..use your underwear....I am like...are you serious?

You don't seem to understand. You come to ask for help to come up with an idea (without specifying your material). We provide more or less serious solutions, even in the form of a joke (like the ducktape). So stop taking it all in the face value and stop the insults. We are not at your service.

I appreciate all the help the community brought nor did I say anyone are at my service. Even if one get paid, I wouldn't expect the person to be disrespected. So in that regard, I apologize if I came out disrespectful. However, I did come in with a good heart of asking help and I did thank people who helped me. But also from my point of view, couple of answers came to me as hostile or mockery without any reason. So one could say, it is both side at fault why the OP easily went south. Once again, the help I am getting from everyone and from this community is much appreciate it and I thank everyone who have taken their time to have helped me. Just to repeat that not one person is obliged to answer my questions or anyone's in fact, and for all the people who taken their time and helped me, I really, really, really, wish to thank you all as I am grateful. Including you gfx As for the people who gave their opinions or inputs, I am also much appreciated. Brainstorming is as equally helpful as giving the answer to the question. So here I am also showing my appreciation to them.

However, please, for people who wish to be sarcastic or mockery, please use it when the person have earned it. Trust me, you will know who have earned it easily. I don't think I deserved it in this post, though. I came asking for help to save an MSX2 from accidental death or mistake, that is why I posted this in the first place.

Now you are saying the person was joking around? In that regard, if the person is still reading this to please accept my apology if I interpreted it in a wrong way. That being said, the timing was really wrong. I was coming seriously looking for an answer, I was NOT prepared for jokes. Not saying you are not allowed to joke or wrong to joke, I am saying the timing was wrong and that usually end up going south realllllly bad. One have to at least weigh the cons and prons when shooting jokes around. This could apply in real life. You could get a punch in the face for an innocent joke just because of bad timing.

Sad but true (about timing jokes), it’s always up to the reception on the other end and you can’t smile it off in a forum (well a wink Wink in the right place helps promote the incentive).

Jipe has put a wink. Was that a joke him too?
The problem is not there, it is Foody's reaction. I don't think anyone wanted to be disrespectful. He got angry a too easily. Having said that, being in a bad mood happens to everyone. So I accept his apologies.
I had no idea his computer was down. It must undoubtedly be repairable. I saw three such breakdowns, it was the VDP that was down.
