Some monitors support 15kHz directly at their VGA input. That's the case of the LG M1721A he's using there.

The majority of the projectors also seem to support this.

yeah if the can do rgb or composite the chip in the monitor will do 15khz. old lcd do work with it. nice.

still most make me a rgb scart cable..
