Well it was may holiday and we went away for a week. That allways helps a lot to get your mind straigthened.

Hi cax, what do you want to know?
I am very busy with PCB design at the moment. Schematics are drawn and now I am trying to get everything fit on a scc size pcb.
This is the hardest part as it still quite a lot of components.
2 SD slots already take a lot of space on 1 side of the PCB. On the other side I have the cpld and flash rom positioned.
Both in PLCC format as I should be able to get those myself on the PCB.

Well, I mean I want to see the PCB design (if you can share it), but if it's still not finalized then I'll wait.

When I have something ready I can open a new threat to post the design and also poll interest in this device so I know how many PCBs to be produced.

PCB design is now allmost ready. Managed to make the PCB more narrow but it also now using max height to fit in konami casing.
Still need to do a finall check and I need to re-solder my prototype as I completely changed all the IO pins from the cpld to have the PCB routed properly Smile
