MSX Eprom print v3 jumper settings anyone ?

I've been using my MS Eprom print v3 (by Emil Sokolowski) for several years, but for some reason the jumpers fell of when it was in storage.
Now I cannot get it to work anymore.
No matter where I place the jumpers, it skips the cartridge and goes directly to Basic.

The last time I used it was for testing the modified version of Pitfall2, and I checked the Eeprom, and that was still in there (copied 4 times into the 27C512).

Addition information:
Machine used for testing: Philips VG8020/40.
Other cartridge used to check if MSX is still working: Original Kings Vally 1 cartridge.

So... Turns out I had the jumpers set correctly from memory, but for some unknown reason the Eeprom (Winbond 27C512) had died on me :-(

Ah oke strange, but now you know the reason why it didn't work anymore.
That's the important thing.
New EPROM and go.

Indeed, with a new Eeprom it worked fine.
No idea why it failed after being in storage for a few years... It's not a UV EEprom, so that can't be it.
It was already a 2nd hand Eeprom, so it could have had a bad life in the past ;-)
