It seems that a demo and data disk is available on a CD compilation. I still haven't tried it.

About the CD compilation, the disk image files are on SOFTWARE/PD/MAD/DEEL4, 633.DI1 and 634.DI1. They are plain disk image files, so they only need to be renamed.

The diskimage 633.DI1 gflorez pointed out is the one I received this morning, although "mine" version doesn't have the Mad intro picture.
