Go left at the starting point…
Absolute fabulous game, on of my favorites of all time. But someone had to do it so here it comes:

(sorry, I'll get my coat )

They probably know how to use Google. The core of the question was most probably if we could recommend any good walkthroughs among all of those.
But why would you want a walkthrough?? It would completely spoil the game! And you'll be sorry forever for that!

Yes, pretty much that.
Manuel is right, by the way.
The thrill in Maze of Galious is discovering all kinds of things by yourself, more and more.
It was never my kind of game (don't have the patience for it - ADD is a bitch), but it's what makes it a true adventure. And yes, a masterpiece.
I agree and that is why I posted what I posted, of course there is some middle ground where you just play the game get stuck on occasion and cannot figure out what to do or where to go. Then you check the walkthrough for what you are missing (do it just before throwing or smashing stuff )
I would suggest getting the "Japanese computer magazine" maps here (or, at least, the Castle Map) to avoid getting lost too easily.
I'd go for this particular map because the screenshots are tiny and the inscriptions are in Japanese, so they will help you not getting lost without killing the adventure feeling.
I'm willing to give subtle hints if requested!
