Since I pre-ordered the game in March -that’s 7 months- I wrote Robert only once and Team DEVA address a couple of times. I read in the forums that some people have received their game; but due to the absolute lack of communication I have no way to know if my order is waiting on the queue to be shipped, or it was shipped and lost, or my name is missing on the list… my point is that after 7 months I know nothing, like John Snow.

That’s why I ask the way to get in contact with them.

The game is great, communication is poor. Even a simple 'all units have been shipped' message on the forum has not been given. I hope all of you will be contacted soon and track and trace codes will be supplied. Good luck.

In the past, similar things had happened and users were reimbursed. So I hope that the problem is solved in the best possible way. In the meantime, why don't they give a digital copy of the game to karloch? Hannibal

I've received my copy last month (I've preordered it on March, too), so I think that he is trying to fullfill requests. Give him some time. I remember when I've started to send Freedom Fighter copies: it was a lot of (unespected) work and after shipment I was worried every single minute until buyers started posting pictures and videos to show the arrival of the game. Be patient and remember that he loves msx as much as you do and that he will do everything to assure the game in your hands. I trust him

Hi everybody,

First of all I would like to apologize for the lack of contact. Life can be very busy and unfortunately my life is no exception I'm afraid. Two unitis very returned to me because they couldn't be delivered. I contacted both people about it and they will be resent. I will check the teamdeva mailbox this weekend to update things and reply to people.

Let it be clear that nobody is getting scammed. We are a bunch of people that have busy lives and were overwhelmed by the amount of interest that our game generated and were/are even more overwhelmed by the amount of effort and time it takes to produce and send all these units. If we make another game (and chances are quite good we will) this is something we would definitely outsource.

Sorry Miguel if I didn't mention you in my previous comment, I hadn't read the entire first page and thought only karloch had the problem. Anyway I'm glad it will be solved by Robert. Wink
