Hi Samor, is your memory mapper from Padial ? Also, the NMS8250 is already sold, isn't it ?
no, the 8250 isn't sold yet... some problems with the advert service.
The memory mapper was bought on a fair some years ago, I just know it's 4MB.
You can always mail me at smorsink "at" planet "dot" nl if you have any questions.
Hi Samor, is your memory mapper from Padial ? Also, the NMS8250 is already sold, isn't it ?That cartridge seems to be AddRAM2 from Terra Network System. Nowadays they are very hard to find...
Does it work on R800?
Better ask TNS, but I think that it does support R800. If I remember well AddRAM2 was a revision of the first version of the hardware (AddRAM) with enhanced compatibility for turboR. And the users manual says "for MSX/2/2+/MSX turboR".
And if that cartridge is AddRAM2, by now it is a bargain (current bid € 9.99), take a look at its price in 1999...
But, is it really an AddRam2?? It seems quite a blank cart, could be made anywhere.
The case is exactly the same. AddRAM2 doesn't have a sticker, too. Maybe it could be AddRAM1... Ask the seller! The PCB should be very similiar to the one on the top of Takamichi's webpage dedicated to AddRAM.
I don't know any other Konami sized 4Mb RAM expansion cartridge.
I bought it exactly like you can see it on the auction. The only thing that was mentioned was that it was 4MB in size, which is correct, and yes, the size of the cart is like a regular cartridge.
It does seem to be the same one as in the link Ivan posted.
