Out of curiosity I wanted to ask if the RGB-SCART cable is different for PAL color video format MSX.

I have a F1XD 4 months and have not managed to see anything on the screen goes black. The plate voltages are 5v v-12.62v +11.98. All chips are well fed. Change the two reports "MEMORY MAIN IC16 + IC17?
