Aorante has released a new version of VeejingSX. Intended as a realtime visual effects generator for MSX minded Veejays, VeejingSX can of course also be seen as a very nice user-controllable MSX1 demo.

In this version there are new animations, more screens and additional funcionality for animated sprites. Furthermore, the interface has been improved. A list of all available commands can be found in this user guide.

VeejingSX is available for download right here on Google Code, and for those who can do without the thrill of running it on your very own MSX computer (or emulator) there is also this footage of VeejingSX in action on YouTube.

oui, tres cool!
PSG music to go along with the music (in sync) would add more coolness =)
Oh and hmm, did mr. coder forget that sprite Y=208 means end-of-sprite-table?

yes. He did not know this peculiarity of the sprites. Tongue I will correct in next version.
