My negative trading experience with user Luppie

So, you're all saying that a deal made in email has no worth at all? Even a deal made by spoken word is enough for the laws to apply (and honesty by god's sake). I don't know what I'm doing wrong here? And I won't have anything to accuse for if the deals are done honestly and with common rights. And what did I lose, YES I lost very good game which I don't probably have chance to get nowhere in next years, and also many people lost their time with this and few got angry. Isn't it enough? Please, see the bigger picture. Here's our done deal by email (as you also referenced to some other):

Edit. This might be also a cultural differences of course. Finnish people tend to be very strict when buying and go by the law. We also value honesty over anything else, so this strikes to me probably more. But I don't really see anything wrong about being honest and to value law and order.

And a day later still no payment and I got a higher bid that payed immediately.

If i walk in the store and say "Hey I want this" and walk out and sleep over it, I'm not that angry if I come back the other day and it is gone.

It would be Fraud, if I let you pay for it and send you a brick. But I didn't.
If I hurt you somehow, or if you lost your believe in humanity by me, then I'm really sorry for that. It will not happen again.

I seriously don't think that one day of payment time is too much on deals made in web. It's common practise to wait at least one day for the payment (and I was just going to Paypal when I saw your message). Am I right? And about the fraud: I already mentioned that it was a bad choice of word, as I'm not a native english speaker. And as I already said: for not having this game that I wanted really much and that I probably won't get in long time hurts as much as you would have sent me a brick.

My belief in humanity didn't lost with you, but I hope that it got few people to think over when making deals with other people. That is enough for me. Peace!

In that light, how about we change the subject of this topic as it doesn't doe any person involved any justice, right? Any suggestion for a new topic title to this more or less resolved matter?
