He gave me all the related files but from his personal dropbox account. He prefers that the files get hosted elsewhere (probably to not make them need to stay "permanently" on his account) so if anyone volunteers to host them I can hand them out.
The mod2vgm code is here now, thanks to l_oliveira for forwarding the question to ctr

Windows binaries are also over there, but I think it can be compiled on any platform.
Nice thanks!
Ill give it a spin sometimes, too bad I lost all my mods/xms many years ago
Big news! Thank You crt, l_oliveira and mighty Grauw. I go to play this new hot stuff.
Thanks for the great software!
Thank You Grauw and ctr for the goods of the sunday!
Can VGMPLAY handle a 24 channel MOD?
giangiacomo.zaffini: Nice!
Manuel: ctr’s converter seems to support it.
I was looking for CTR's converter because I wanted to enter the Pimp my PSG contest.
I tried some XM's converted to MOD using modplug tracker, but results were not satisfactory.
Instead I started using Deflemask, a windowns/mac/linux tracker for many soundchips, which can export to VGM.
This was my short testsong using a YM2151, running in openMSX.
And no in the end I didn't make a psg remix tune.
