What is the size of the files you are using as SD-card images?

The size in the config is only used to create an initial SD-card image if none is found...

There are no files in the beginning. I'm using a 4096 size for the SD Card 1, and the default 100 for the SD Card 2. If I look at the created files in the untitled1 folder, they are 0 bytes.

OK, I can reproduce the issue. It looks like openMSX is not properly creating these new SD card images. I see files of size 0 getting created and devinfo then says they're 2016GB... Now to investigate why this happens...

EDIT: aha, you also found this out in the mean time Smile

OK, it seems we broke this last year... the workaround is to create a file of the right size yourself (e.g. with diskmanipulator or any tool that creates a file of an arbitrary size). I'll try to fix it a.s.a.p. in openMSX.

Should be fixed now... use today's development build to try it out.

Great. As I'm using Windows x64 I guess I'll have to wait to appear here.

By the way, having to flash MFR in order to use it is a bit of a pain. Wouldn't be possible to get permission from Pazos and Konamiman so it could come "pre-flashed" just like the Sunrise IDE?

We are working on that, see previous page of this thread, my posts of the 25th.
