Thank you for the answer Grauw.
Is there a way that i can use with the NMS 8245 in combination with the Megaflashrom always in 60 HZ mode, so i dont have to use the command VDP(10)=0 every time. Or do i get problems than with the european games ?

You can also set the "Video Mode" to 60Hz in SofaRun default settings (it will be applied at SofaRun launch time), or set it per-game.

I'm gonna try that tomorrow.
I need a monitor/tv for both: NMS8245/Megaflashrom and Zemmix Neo

NMS8245/Megaflashrom -> SCART
Zemmix Neo -> VGA or S-Video

Or are there better solutions, maybe can give me an advise for a monitor/TV ?

Can’t you connect both to your T200HD, and change the signal input source?

They should ideally be played at 50 Hz. Although most will run fine at 60 Hz, just a little faster.

In the end it is a problem that can only be circumvented partially. Connecting through SCART RGB is the most flexible because it supports both 50 Hz and 60 Hz so on an MSX2 you can just select the frequency you want or need.

However VGA only works at 60 Hz, and composite video or S-Video only works at the frequency of the system (PAL in Europe, NTSC in Japan), and with a TV from the same region. So you don’t have a choice then. Though some TVs support both PAL and NTSC composite video nowadays I reckon.
