Those machines are, relatively, very few.

Could you also find a source that mentions the numbers of both PAL and NTSC machines sold? ANd how many of those NTSC machines are still actively used today?

In the current Speccy scene, which spans the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada and Russia, I've come across very few people mentioning actively using a 60Hz machine today.

That's why I think that, with the aim of playing back music from other machines on the Spectrum, the main objective should be to have it being played back as good as possible on PAL machines.
