I formatted it under the emulator to 360 but it didn't read it under SVI - it only read one page.
Panasonic read the whole thing. I formatted the floppy disk under SVI, then under Panasonic I did COPY "A: *. *" TO "B:" and put floppy disks on one disk drive until my hand ached Shocked!
Now I have a floppy disk that works under SVI.
Unfortunately, I do not have a second - external disk drive and it would probably be useful.
Thanks for the hints.

How did you write the 360kB image created with openMSX to floppy? What hardware/OS/Tools I mean

I don't use openMSX because it's missing something and most computers don't emulate.
I use RuMSX here I have all the computers (MSX) I need. USB floppy disk drive under PC windows. But the emulator records the floppy disk as 360 and it is recorded as 720, the real Panasonic reads it and I record it as 360.
And to create floppy disks from images I use Diskmgr for PC windows and a USB floppy drive, only when recording it has to be a 720 floppy disk or I seal the window at 1.44.

How do you record on 360?

Okay you can use MSX Floppy Disk Manager, it can write 360kB images to 360kB formatted disks (and can format them for you).

openMSX does not include the systemroms needed to emulate all machines. Google for “msx openmsx systemroms” and you should be able to find a zip file that contains everything you need. Unzip the contents into Documents\openMSX\share\systemroms
