I uploaded another video filmed at 60fps where the effect it has is better appreciated. Note the colored lines that are produced.

It seems that something is not synchronizing correctly. But only in the logo!

Maybe the nonstandard ROM you use does introduce this somehow. It was made by NYRIKKI I believe. Maybe he has some insights?

@Manuel: Normal software works fine!
@sdsnatcher73: Yes, this was maken by NYRIKKII, but only me has problems...

I tried defusr=0:a=usr(a) in PAL mode (pressing H key in boot), then I get new colors oO. I show this in the below image:
