Mainly hardware experts will be interested by tests with the ROMs and probably will be able to answer to some technical questions.
About the LZ93A13 chip: this is used for many MegaROM games, see list here : http://pds18.egloos.com/pds/201104/24/28/megaromtypes.txt
The Games ROM in this machine is a MegaROM (1024kB). The LZ93A13 chip is a Mapper chip (in this case: ASCII8 mapper - more info here: https://www.msx.org/wiki/MegaROM_Mappers)
