Cosmic Battle - developers wanted

A while ago Marison Eustáquio Lacerda Parreiras contacted us about a game he had been developing long time ago: Cosmic Battle. Unfortunately the game was never finished, despite the nice results. Marison is now looking for MSX developers who would like to help him to finish this game. The current version (which, unfortunately, lacks collision detection) is available in our downloads database.

It is already possible to play the game, but as there is no collision detection you cannot shoot enemies, and enemies cannot kill you. However, it's possible to control 2 ships at a time (Cosmic Battle is a 2 player game) using the cursor keys for the first player and E,S,C and F for the second player. Keys 1 to 6 show some effects already present in the game engine. If you like the game so far, and think you can help Marison out, please do contact him at marisonparreiras@ig.com.br
