Koichiro's MGSDRV works 5th update

It's been several months since we reported about the last update and only five chiptunes have been added to the list. Please note that most of them are additions to the existing games list and only one is a new game tune, Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse. It seems that Koichiro is not so active recently, we hope the situation will change and we can enjoy his great SCC compositions in the near future once again.
