Django has once again made a partial translation into English for us to enjoy. This time it concerns the Konami RPG game from 1987 for MSX2 Ganbare Goemon. The game is based on Ishikawa Goemon, the noble thief of Japanese folklore. Konami's Ganbare Goemon series has proven to be widely popular in Japan and is still being produced to this day. In fact Konami has a website dedicated to Ganbare Goemon. Shimanuki Koshi's Goemon web page can also be useful for those who want to play the MSX version but do not have a good command of the Japanese language.
