@Daemos: Yes, the Panasonic FS-A1 has a RGB-Port (9-Pin).
@Yipe: I think a CXA1145 is not on the board. There are the Chips I mentioned in the first post and two SMD - ICs. One is a S1985 Yamaha and the Name of the other I have not in mind now. On the Mainboard there ist a small Hybrid - Board near the Voltage-Regulators, there is another IC, but I could not see the type yet. What ist the Funktion of the CXA1145 ?

if you have the same hibrid board you have a CXA1145 inside
this chip make RGB and composite with the RGB of the V9938

The FS-A1 doesn't use a CXA1145 on the Hibrid board, it uses the BA7230LS as a video encoder.

I have seen on the datasheet of the V9938, that it has 3 Pins with R, G and B Output. So the next step would be, to check with an oscilloscope, if the V9938 generates RGB Signals and compare this signals with the RGB Output of the Computer behind the Hibrid-Board ?

This could be a good step to see if at least the VDP gives the right signals. You can work up from there.

I bought one of these once, and had to make a power supply for it. I might be wrong, but I vaguely remember that it needed AC-powering (12v AC?) in addition to the DC voltages you listed. Without it I got no picture.

Ah, I see now that you have measured it internally. Oh well, I would still measure the power supply unit, I checked the specs now, and it should have: 9V, 1.2A DC for main operation and 18V 0.17A AC (which I suspect is only used for picture, as when I disconnected and reconnected this AC supply it only affected the picture, it did not restart the computer)

The powersupply I already tested. It generates the DC with a two - diodes - rectifier and a Cap. I checked the Voltages without "load" (no Computer connected), so they were higher than 9 VDC and 18 VAC, thats normal.
If someone could find a circuit diagram or a Service Manual for the Panasonic FS-A1, that would be great.
