Thank you Guillian for trying to help.
The disk i got running without SCC sound is simply called SOLIDE12.DSK (downloadd file name is mg2_dsk12_english.zip)
i found the dsk you mentioned "Metal Gear 2 - Solid Snake v2.1 (1990)(Konami)[a][SCC]" with the file size 720 KB.
But couldnt get it to run. Here is what i did:
1- Renamed the game DSK file to MG2SCC.dsk just to make it short
2- Copy dsk file to SD card
3- In MutliMente press X key and type OPFXSD MG2SCC.dsk/U and return
4- It writes the dsk and identifies it as R-Type
5- Reboot
6- After rebooting the machine it displays boot screen twice then goes into BASIC
Am i missing something here?
You are flashing the DSK as a ROM.
Just press RETURN on it in MultiMente and Nextor will be configured to launch it as DSK (the DSK file must be un fragmented on the SD card)
Press reset and the game should boot
In order to skip the game, hold 0 (zero) key while booting and/or delete NEXT_DSK.DAT file on the microSD card.
The game loads however the music still doesn't sound full.
Here's what it sounds like:

Is the SCC found in the loading screen? (E.g.: SCC: 1-1)
Does other Konami SCC games have SCC sound? (Nemesis 2, F1 Spirit...)
Perhaps the problem is related to the Sanyo sound mixer fault.
The Sakhr AX-370 is the Wavy 70FD and that computer has a fault in the sound mixer that causes some external sound cartridges to get muted.
Here you can find how to fix the mixer:http://frs.badcoffee.info/hardware/MSXfixes.html
Yes it says SCC 1-1 in the loading screen.
Yes Space Manbow and Nemesis 2 sound good. Here's a sample

That's really weird. Perhaps the English translation does not support the RAM and the SCC in the same slot.
When loading/flashing the ROM version does it freeze always in the same point?
Can you try to copy the MGEAR2.ROM to a different folder in the SD card and load it again?
Also, try flashing it using:
OPFXSD MGEAR2.ROM /1 /U
Yes. This worked
OPFXSD MGEAR2.ROM /1 /U
Thank you very much Guillian
What does /1 do? I couldn't find it in the manual.
According to version 1.6 of the manual:
/1: Write the ROM at x1 speed instead of x4
