This is so cool! Any chance RESET can instead be Ctrl+Alt+Del, since some compact keyboards omit the right Ctrl key?

Also, is there a way to use MSXVR (it works as a USB keyboard through A-to-B cable) as the keyboard this way? Would mappings work?

ok change to ctrl + alt + del
I don't own an MSXVR, and I don't care, too expensive for a Raspberry PI 3B +
is it possible to buy only the MSXVR keyboard?

Ok that is amazing! Please let me know if you decide you're ready to sell a few, I'm happy to buy them. Also I suspect MSXVR won't work due to power requirements

Hi,
First of all,thank you for developing and sharing this work.
I'm going to start preparing a prototypes for use in a nms 8250 that I have without a keyboard.
Before I start ordering materials I would like to ask if there is a possibility to implement it using arduino boards instead of the one used. Arduino is a platform that I have used before and for which I have boards available.
Thank you,

Hi,
Yesterday, I was finally able to finish building a prototype.
Everything seems to work fine, but i'm having trouble with the layout of some keys.
I have checked the wires in the board, and everything seems correct.
The problem seems to affect only the letters and some function keys, as the others seem to work fine.
I have written down the correspondences between what I press and what I see on the screen. There is a pattern, but I don't know if it suggests to others what the origin of the problem may be:

---------
what i press => what i get on screen
---------
a => a
b => b
c => c
d => d
e => e
f => f
g => g
h => h
i => i
j => j
k => may + s
l => nothing
m => _
n => v
o => é
p => x + color
q => y + auto
r => z + goto
s => k
t => l
u => m
v => n
w => o
x => p
y => q
z => r
---------

Does anyone know what may be causing this behavior?
I am using a Spanish qwerty keyboard. The computer is a NMS8250/16, also bought in Spain.

Any comments will be appreciated.
Greetings!

What board are you using? It looks like it's selecting a wrong row (out of sync).

I am using WeAct STM32F411CEU6, which is mentioned a few messages back.
I have programmed it using ST-LINK and STM32CubeProgrammer, without any errors, and verifying the writing.
Do you think it could be due to a problem with the board?
Thanks for the help in any case.

Hello,
I have found the source of the problem.
The flat cable connector had cut some wires badly when installed, causing a short circuit between some wires.
I have removed the connector and reconnected it again, and the problem is fixed.
Thanks to all for the help,
