As long as it works correctly, it can run all the games correctly and English (even if I have to patch them) I am happy with it! I am also happy if it is just MSX1 as will. I am ok with that. I want to enjoy it 100% 
The site you showed me for games..there game selection is bad I do not like any of them..but I am buying that flash cart 100% for sure about it.
Is there any other website where there are hundreds of indie games I can download for the MSX (homemade brew games, even in BASIC)? Another question I have in mind. Is there a website where there ARE TONS of MSX BASIC games in PDF books that I can enter?

It’s in Dutch, but I’m sure you’ll manage :). The first program, ICP/4 or ICP/5, lets you check the code you’ve entered against the numbers in the column to the right of the listings. It’s an easy way to detect typos.
The “Kort en Krachtig” section contain fun short programs. They’re good to start with! The games are marked as “Categorie: Spellen”.
Only type the listings that are in two narrow columns though (37 characters per line)… The listings that are full-width (80 characters per line) only work on MSX2 computers.
English MSX2… I have a Philips NMS8245… Not sure if I would call it sexy. Come on, look at that Wavy 2! Sanyo made some sexy machines

Though I would first play around with your Wavy 2 for a bit before getting an MSX2… As I said, there’s plenty of good games for it. And you’ll have some time to understand what you want exactly. There’s a lot of choices, diskdrive or no diskdrive, SS or DS diskdrive, MSX2 or MSX2+, 64k or 128k memory, Japanese or English… If you buy a MegaFlashROM SCC+ SD 512k for example, you don’t really need diskdrive or memory. MSX2+ features are only used by very few games. Et cetera.
Note that most English MSX computers are European models, they require 230V power and have PAL video output. If you live in Canada, probably a Japanese model is much more convenient.
I really wouldn’t worry too much about the language. Those couple of Konami games that switch to Japanese, they don’t have much story anyway, and if you’re really curious about it you can always patch the ROM or look them up on Youtube. I’ve got a Japanese MSX too (Sanyo Wavy FD70) and it’s never been a problem, I would still use it if it weren’t in such a bad shape :).

By the way...I am into buying brand new MSX games as I am into buying PS 4/PS 3 games, new NES and SNES games. I treat the MSX as 100% console.

You can now play Dragon Slayer, Dragon Slayer II: Xanadu, Dragon Slayer Jr: Romancia, Dragon Slayer IV: Drasle Family, and then maybe 1 or 2 years from now if you find let’s say a Wavy 23, you can play Dragon Slayer V: Sorcerian and Dragon Slayer VI: Legend of Heroes!
