That case does not seem a great problem when you own the original cartridge. Just insert the game and play.
You can't play Synthsizer, Majutsushi, Bad Lands, etc. either. As fair as I know there are no users frustrated about that.
But perhaps it is frustrating if you just wanted to play it for free and you can't.
Guiseve: Also consider that, you clearly want to play these new community games on MSX. However the people who make these new games for you are precisely the people you’re affecting here. Without them and all the effort they put into creating those games, there won’t be anything new for you, for any of us, to play. So, best to keep them happy .
@ramones
Your answer qualifies you....
If you asked me for a redonable price i would pay it without any problem.
But if your price for the .rom doubles the price of the cart version, then don't cry for piracy

Just for the precision, and even if I've already said it elsewhere on MRC, money is not the problem. I've bought games in digital form from Kai Magazine, but I will not buy the cartridge of his most recent game. That's my choice, since I've decided to use only emulators to play games. So, playing for free is not an argument when discussing with me.

Actually, the reasonable price for a digital version is 50% of the price for the cartridge version. Just my opinion, of course
@graw
As you can understand mine is a provocation....
... in fact my first goal is to pay for DV to all author who will provide it, with a serious and resonable price (all except Ramones)
I am so happy that maybe in some months kai will sell a DV of their last work: i'm happy to wait and to pay for it

So we must respect your choice of using only emulator but you don't respect the choice of the developers?
Hmmm....

haha ! in your dream perhaps !
take a look at nintendo's online shop or Playstation's store, digital games are same price than retail boxed versions !
and more... often you can find boxed games less expensive than digital version. even for the new games releases !

Do you have noticed some other mistake from me than the one about Kralizec game? Don't make a generality from one mistake. And ignoring games not available in digital form is my way to respect the coders's choice. "DON'T PLAY iT" as said many times by you and others to fans who want to play games on emulators !

You are comparing current commercial systems with homebrew non-commercial games. Not serious !
