This game is using a new cartridge hardware with embedded SN76489 sound chip.
Joust is basically a port of the Colecovision version enhanced with 3 voices PSG music tunes.
(The embedded SN76489 enable to keep all original game sound effects, and use at the same time the MSX PSG to play musics tunes. Up to 6 channels games musics and Fx are possible.)
The game is a very good arcade conversion. A two players mode is include.
The Game works on MSX and superior with at least 64K of RAM
