In 1986, HAL Laboratory released the platform game Inspecteur Z (also known as Bull and Mighty's Slim Chance) on MSX. Now, MarMSX have released a map to this game which you can find over here.

* UPDATE: An English version of this page was made and links here have been updated.

That map doesn't seem to contain the secret area in block 3 and the secret passage in block 4. But then again, I have no idea what the purpose of that area is...
