The board says 170k indeed, but you can safely use 174k. This has verified to work OK.

It wont fit on a HB-F9P/S. You wont be able to place the board on the Z80 socket; will collide with the expansion slots...

On board v1.3 the 10k resistor R17 is near JP4 pins. On other boards it does not exist.

Yes, the silkscreen has an error - if you assemble F4 port, please make sure you solder 74ls74 on the place marked 74ls125. And 74ls125 should be soldered on the place marked 74ls74.
