None of these ideas ever turned into a full game?
In Priori, Alex Alves (aka: Darius Strauss Geist) released many playable demos of smooth scrolling on MSX1, Youtube link above suggests he's working on a game called Z-Zone but considering the number of other similar demos that he created, it would be surprising if these demos resulted in a full game someday. You should ask him.
