A collection of SC2 images

Studio Ghibli, known for numerous wonderful anime films such as Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Howl's Moving Castle and The Red Turtle (to name but a few), is certainly well known to Japanophile users.

The organization has now kindly made some of their pictures available for free use and has expressly permitted their use.

Our Japanese MRC user TIのカラー画像は最高だぜ, has now taken this opportunity to digitize some of these images on screen 2 with the help of his Windows 8 computer.

You will find the results as a download in our database, as well as some digitalised pictures from our last exhibition at Nijmegen '19. Both are available as .dsk files, so you can use them on your MSX1 computer. They are also optimized for the MSX2 color palette.
