MSX in Cuba?

Some 15 years ago, a good friend of mine who was visiting Cuba and who knows of my particular hobbies brought me these books from the island.

Is the 1989 Cuban versión ( by Edición Revolucionaria) of the 1987 spanish edition of "MSX Programming Guide and Reference Manual"

There is a note before the book from the "Board of Computational Education" stating that during the academic year of 1986-87 it starts in the whole country a campaign to introduce computer knowledge in all basic, middle and high education centers.
