Backup Katsuyou Technique (バックアップ活用テクニック) is a Japanese magazine specialized in computers hacking.

It was released irregularly from July 1985 to June 1994. Almost all issues have some articles about MSX. There are also two extra issues, which contain some articles published in previous issues.

バックアップ活用テクニック means Backup Practice Technique. This magazine later became Game Labo.
