Mitsubishi Electric is a corporation that released MSX products and software in Japan and some in Europe. Several computers released in Japan by Mitsubishi were sold with a nickname (Letus for MSX1 and Melbrain's for MSX2).

Mitsubishi Electric has a software division called MelSoft (abbreviation of Mitsubishi ELectric Software).
