Introduction
John Hassink (1979) is a Dutch musician, game designer and scenario writer who has been in and around the MSX scene since 1995. He has also done some minor coding and graphic design work.

- Maintains a YouTube channel dedicated to retrogaming and game music in particular, featuring many music arrangements by his hand
- Likes to perform game music on MSX fairs whenever a piano or keyboard is present
- Won the 1st prize in MVM's 2010 Music Quiz, and on later editions as well, which is why he won't participate anymore
- Did a 'game over' tune for an iPhone game by Baudejogos
